Thank you for choosing Bladen Lakes Family Medical Center & Pharmacy (BLFMCP) for your medical care! The center strives to provide care to our community in a culturally competent, affordable and dignified manner. The center is committed to its goal of improved patient health, staff development and community involvement. We are pleased to be able to provide many services on-site and look forward to serving you.
 The Center provides care to the community members of Bladen, Sampson, Cumberland, and Robeson Counties, as well as surrounding rural areas.
All clinic services are provided in both English and in Spanish.
BLFMCP makes every effort to see patients daily on a walk-in basis. We understand that illness is not planned and you may need to see a doctor unexpectedly. However, we encourage all patients to call and make an appointment whenever possible.

 At BLFMCP, patients are charged based on a sliding scale, which means that your cost is determined by your salaries and your family size. If you would like to seek eligibility for the sliding scale discount, please bring in proof of family income. You will be charged for your visit on that day and payment is expected at the time of the visit.
The center accepts North Carolina Medicaid, Medicare, Health Choice and most private insurances. Please bring your insurance card with you for each visit. It is the patient's responsibility to pay the deductible, co-pay or any balance not covered by the insurance. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have about your insurance coverage.

The clinic is conveniently located in Tarheel, NC. directions are as follows:
FROM FAYETTEVILLE AND LUMBERTON: Travel Hwy 87 E. towards Tar Heel, NC across from Smithfield packing plant.
FROM WHITEVILLE: Travel 701 North make left at stoplight intersection at the NC 897 By-Pass. Continue and merge with Hwy 87 West towards Fayetteville.
FROM HWYS 41 AND 53: Travel Hwy 701 South make a left unto Hwy 87 West to Fayetteville, NC
