 Carolina Pines, a division of Tri-County Community Health Council, serving the populations of Bladen, Eastern Cumberland, Harnett, and Sampson County. The clinic strives to provide care to our community in a culturally competent, affordable and dignified manner. The Center is committed to its goal of improved patient health, staff development and community involvement. Our doctors are board-certified, family practice physicians.  Patients are charged on a sliding fee scale which means that cost is determined by your salary and your family size. Payment is expected upon completion of your visit and in some cases before services can be offered. Bring in proof of income on first visit to be eligible for the sliding fee scale. Proofs can include: check stubs from the previous month, W-2 form or a written statement from your employer. Patients are seen on an appointment or walk-in basis. Walk-ins are seen based on severity of situation.
